Fuck my body. It's so disgusting. I have been working out like a fucking PSYCHOTIC and then EATING because my stomach is literally knotting up for food. I am GAINING weight and it is NOT FAIR. I better lose 10lb when my period comes. I've gained like 6?!WHYYY

I feel you on that one... I work out a lot and I hate how hungry it makes me!!! Like I want to keep working out but at the same time, I miss the days when I would just starve away the weight and see results... it sucks. :(
@sssecret_x - @sonnigenmai - @NEthing4slim - Thanks girls. I calculated, and I am burning about 3000cal/day and consuming about 12-1500cal/day. I don't get it, it's not right. I hate every skinny erson right now. If anyone deserves to have a perfect body IT'S ME!

It is about moderate regular exercise like brisk walking, protein, and sips of water during the day.

it will be ok just find out why your eating there has to be a reason u seem motivated work out wise..whats bothering u?? because ur eating it. good luck hun i know u can do this we both can!
muscle weighs more then fat, and when you work out your burning more calories so obviously your body is going to need more fuel then usual. Just came upon your page after a random search, dont kill yourself over changing your body... im 5'7 and weigh 103 lbs.. ive been trying to put on some curves since i was 12 years old. trust meee being skinny isnt all that great =/
